Samuel Y. Ayoub
Mr. Ayoub has been active for the past 33 years in Real Estate Investment Properties, Management and Investment Analysis for many Commercial Real Estate activities. During that time, he spearheaded the formation of several Syndications ranging in size from a small 16-Units Apartment Complex to 288-Units Apartment Community.
Mr. Ayoub’s analytical approach to commercial investments is well embedded in his educational discipline. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and attended post graduate school at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from Loyola Marymount University of Los Angeles. Furthermore, he had Extensive studies in statistical and analytical methods in computer sciences as well developing statistical models for commercial investments.
Mr. Ayoub is a licensed Real Estate broker in the States of California. He has been active in the local Associations of Realtors as well as other venues in teaching Commercial Real Estate to a wide spectrum of audiences including Realtors, Investors, CPA’s and other professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge of the Commercial and Investments aspects of Real Estate.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ayoub has been involved in all phases of ownership and brokerage including evaluating properties for acquisition, management, evaluating market positions, exit strategies, marketing the properties including the preparation of detailed Investment Prospectuses and disposing the properties at the maximum Return on Investment.
His successful, as well as his misadventures, in the peaks and valleys of the R.E. markets during the past three decades, is a “real life” experience and a true asset to his clients and audiences.
Mr. Ayoub takes a special pride of being a public servant where he worked for the government of the County of Los Angeles for approximately twenty-five years. He optimized and “re-written” many governmental contracts to simplify the contractual relationships with the private sector. Mr. Ayoub considers the need for elaborate and thorough Contract writing an indispensable skill in Commercial RE practice.
For over thirty-five years, Mr. Ayoub has been active within the local community in Southern California. He has a special passion for serving senior citizens and currently sponsors and manages the Senior Housing of one of the community’s larger churches.
